Responsible for both hard and soft service. Hard services will cover all to do with the physical infrastructure maintenance (PPM, Contractors services, HVAC, Electrical, Civil work,). Soft services will be more staff oriented, (Cleaning, OHSA, SLA, Contracts, Security etc).
Must be an effective communicator, proactive and transparent, constantly thinking about prevention, create a culture of collaboration by investing in their employees, which improves operations across the organization.
Manage all services that helps a business performs its core business without interruptions covering security, cleaning, IT systems, gardens, physical infrastructure maintenance, hotel support services, service level agreements, to ensure that they meet business, guests, customers, and employee’s needs.
