General Foreman Building Concrete Structures
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Summary of this requirement:
Read drawings, understanding drawings, manage site team and subbies and love formwork, rebar and concrete
Duties:
- Programming and planning of concrete and rebar
- General Admin
- Quality and Production
- Project Layout (Setting out Building Basis/Construction Plan)
- Liaise with Clients
- Liaise with architect and Engineers
- Material Orders for Site
- Health & Safety control
Must have firm knowledge of brick work, concrete work, steel plans, structures and concrete works, as well as having good interpersonal skills and working well under pressure.
