The above vacancy exists within the Licensing Division and reports to the Supervisor: Licensing. The purpose of this role is to grow revenue through licensing music users in a call centre environment. The objective is to ensure compliance and that unauthorised music users are contacted and licensed successfully. The ideal candidate must have successfully completed matric and have at least three year’s working experience in telesales/cold calling.

Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Knowledge and experience in sales techniques (influencing, negotiating, and prospecting)
- Three years of telesales / cold calling in a call centre environment experience
- Collective Management Organisation related experience would be beneficial
- Advanced computer skills, including Word & Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- A sound understanding of pricing/discounting concepts will be an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of numeracy
- Accuracy and attention to detail is an essential requirement
