Role PurposeTo provide a high-quality, on-site administrative support function to the Wellness Occupational Health Team, which will assist management to achieve their strategic goals and objectives.
RequirementsGrade 12 or equivalentRelevant tertiary qualification in an administrative field would be an advantageAt least 2-3 years office administration experienceMS Office proficiency (Excel and Word) Prior administrative experience in the Healthcare Industry an advantageExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal in at least two South African official languages
Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide a professional and friendly welcome to all clients, in person or telephonicallyAnswer all calls appropriately and communicate with clients on email and in personEnsure files are kept in order and easily accessible to relevant stakeholdersCollate, compile, and distribute documents to relevant stakeholders, as required, within defined standards and time framesAssist clients with completing documents where neededAssist with printing facilities, ordering of stationery and stock management Deliver on service level agreements made with clients stakeholders to ensure that client expectations are metCapture records accurately within the specified time frameMaintain an accurate, updated filing and database systemArrange meetings and appointments as requiredPrepare and distribute various administrative documentation to clientsReport any IT issues and follow-up if/when necessaryCreate quotes and invoices, as well as follow-up on payments and purchase ordersLiaise with existing, new and potential clients regarding various business mattersCreate a database of clients and follow-up with clients yearly to perform medicals
