Administrator Sales Planning (Fixed-Term)

Objective of the job:

Provide efficient administrative services in line with local, global and legislative requirements.
Provide efficient support to the Data Driven Pricing Specialist as well as the Sales Planning and Reporting Specialist.

All activities will be done in compliance with the Company’s Integrity Code and other relevant policies.

Main Tasks:

Provide support relating to Sales Promotion Measures (SPM) on a quarterly basis by identifying and highlighting specific units, specifications and pricing within the relevant time period with the aim of ensuring the correct stock turn takes place and stimulating retail momentum.

Providing support regarding Stock Planning Order Management: Implement defined stock quota for dealer ordering and ensure dealer ordering status is communicated and actioned upon to optimize network ordering. Provide insights into the MBSA stock ordering process through recommendations of the ordering mix to ensure arrivals of the correct product/engine mix. Support with the creation of order sheets which have to be approved and provided over to supply chain in a timeous manner. Reporting relating to stock reports, aged inventory, dealer order intake and product mix on a weekly and monthly basis. Provide functional support to Agents regarding stock allocation and showroom stock vs capacity to monitor and ensure agents have sufficient as well as a desirable mix of showroom stock.

Promote and support integrity including: Rewarding and disclosing compliance achievement or misconduct in an appropriate manner. Implementation and promotion of efficient and effective internal compliance controls, including. Regular assessments and risk mitigating measures to avoid non-compliance.

Support Sales Planning Specialist with Short/Mid-term/Long-term Volume Planning: Design, maintain and refine volume plans and forecasts for integration into corporate business plans (Forecast review meetings, short-term volume planning, Operative/target agreement planning, strategic planning, expectation) based on corporate targets, actual results, future production, market conditions and sales rates.

Provide functional support to DDP Specialist to ensure regular upload, maintenance and adjustments of sales discounts across the product portfolio on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Provide Support to Agents to ensure adhoc discount approvals are actioned and implemented in proficient manner. Provide insights into discount spend vs available stocks in country and arrivals to optimize discount profile inline with current and future stock availability.

Provide functional support regarding aged stock profile and analyse STS activity, ordering agent, pricing and recommended discount to ensure stock profile is within optimal age profile.

Experience:
3-5 years’ relevant experience
