| Duties and Responsibilities | Conduct Mechanical adjustments, maintenance and repair of plant and machinery.Service, repairs and maintenance of all Mechanical equipment.Perform Start-up and shutdown of plant and machinery daily.Ensure cost efficiency of repairs.Upgrade equipment for improved performance at a reduction of maintenance costs.Maintenance of refrigeration cooling equipment.Optimization and faultfinding on Mechanical equipment.Good housekeeping and familiar with health & safety and hygiene.Administration of OHS Act requirements.Ensure adherence to all ISO 9001 and 22000 standards and procedures. |
