The purpose of this role is to assist with the marketing administration functions within the Marketing and Sales department. Below a description of the key performance areas and main activities linked to each.

  1. Statements

Brief requirements related to the creation and deployment of customer statements
Coordinate and ensure timeous delivery of activities related to customer statement cycles
Review and approve customer statements before deployment
Ensure statement reporting is produced and correct.
Facilitate all other adhoc duties related to customer statements.

  1. Campaign Management

Coordinate activities and material required for Direct Marketing campaigns
Brief internal parties on campaign requirements and ensure timeous delivery
Delivery of campaigns using campaign management tools
Coordination of campaigns through a marketing calendar
Producing campaign logs and deployment reporting

  1. Credit Stationery

Ensure retailers, technical teams and agencies are briefed on marketing material changes or creation
Review all marketing material and identify opportunities for enhanced communication
Procurement and general stock management of marketing material

  1. Financial Administration

Collect, review and submit all marketing invoices
Ensure reconciliations are completed and correct

  1. Reporting and Internal and External Stakeholder relationship management

Communicate and share all marketing activities and reporting with internal and external stakeholders
Assist and ensure query resolution for both internal and external stakeholders
Assist and support administrative duties relating to credit agents

  1. Adhoc duties Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities
    Assist in identifying process improvements opportunities
    Actively participate in the teams projects and initiatives

Qualification

Marketing or business administration qualification
5 year financial services marketing experience
