Grace College invites applications for the position of Deputy Head of School .We are looking for a dynamic, committed and creative Deputy Head with strong interpersonal skills, a living Christian faith and a willingness to participate fully in the life of the College.

The successful applicants will need:
An appropriate University degree and professional qualification.
Suitable teaching qualification and SACE registration.
Several years’ experience in High School Management, with a proven ability to manage people and teams.
Show strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Have a clear understanding of independent, co-educational school practice.
Have a good grasp of current educational trends and requirements.
