Administrator: Nated Programme

Atholl Munday Training Centre is looking for an Administrator who will be reporting to the Training Manager

Duties and responsibilities
• Assist the Training Manager with the registration process of students. This include:

  • Collection of all required documentation i.e ID copies, qualification certificates, CV, etc
  • Capturing registration data on AITS system and College Pro
    • Ensuring students are correctly registered with DHET for exams and correct details and term marks are submitted
    • Provide administrative support to our academic program
    • Marketing of AMTC programmes (wiremans license, apprenticeship and learnership and skills programme)

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Qualifications
Matric certificate and a qualification in Administration will be an advantage
Experience
1 years administrator experience at a training institution
