The Travel and Expense administrator will perform a client facing role, providing support on the SAP Concur system and support credit card and cash advance administration. This role will perform accounting reconciliations, back-office administrative support and releases, as well as performing governance checks and controls

Please note this is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract role.

Job Description:

To provide client-facing support on for travellers, as well as operational, and administrative activities for business units serviced by GSS

More of your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling travels related queries from employees
  • Guest and recruitment bookings
  • Booking of transfers
  • Facilitation of group, meeting, events, and conferencing reservations with our travel agency
  • Offering high levels of customer service at all times
  • Displaying excellent communications skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Using a proactive approach to offer solutions to clients

 This role is at a Band 8 level reporting to the Travel & Expense Supervisor. 

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 Matric          
  • Post Matric qualification in Travel
