Main Purpose:
To work in the donor call centre, recruiting blood and plasma donors; and maintaining a positive relationship with donors on the blood donor data base.
Responsibilities include:
Calling donors to remind and recruit them for blood and plasma donation.
Ensuring adequate blood stocks through telephonic donor recruitment and Customer Relations Management (CRM) activities which include written communication on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp and Website chat.
Displaying superior level of customer interaction: candidates should possess above-average soft-skills.
Performing CRM duties (new donors, lapsed donors, donor queries), requiring good problem-solving and PC-based administrative skills
Performing basic marketing duties (surveys, follow-ups and polls).
Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate
Computer literacy
Be self-motivated and disciplined
Excellent communication skills
Customer-service background with 2-3 years call center experience.
