We are looking to recruit a Reconciliation Clerk(Finance) to work within the Accounts Payable department
Job description
Purpose and Objectives:
To reconcile accounts on a monthly basis using SAP and Excel
To liase with suppliers , stores , internal stakeholders and management
To minimize losses/risk to the company
To alert the business to any irregularities
To complete daily filing of accounts and other administrative related issues.
To pay the accounts according to the due dates.
Preparation of documentation to provide support for audit purposes
Completing user Acceptance Testing of any testing to projects directly impacting the area
Resolution of queries within KPA deadlines
Completion of all weekly and monthly reports
Minimum requirements
Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
Matric level accountancy
Relevant tertiary qualification such as B.Com , Btech or certificate in advanced Bookkeeping(an advantage)
Strong PC litercy (Microsoft Excel, Outlook)
2 to 3 years experience in a similar environment
SAP experience (essential)
